Pricing shown on this site is list pricing.
All sales are conducted through a network
of approved distributors. Distributor inquiries
received via phone, facsimile or e-mail
are encouraged and always welcomed by our
Customer Service Department. All pricing
shown is F.O.B. Plant Headquarters, Dallas, TX 75236 (or point of origin) All
prices are based on normal manufacturing
lead times at normal costs. Rush manufacturing
and rush shipments may be subject to a service
or expediting charge.

Products, Inc. acceptance and our current
conditions of sale. Prices are subject to
change without notice to comply with the prices
in effect at time of shipment. Price preservation
will be extended to include shipment of orders
acknowledged prior to the effective increase
date, provided shipment is made within 30
calendar days of the price increase. |

| Ordering |
| Minimum Billing: $200.00 |
| Terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice. |
| Freight Charges: Freight will be prepaid
and added to the invoice unless otherwise
specified. |
| Order Placement: Orders are taken by our
Customer Service Department via phone, facsimile
and/or e-mail and will require a purchase
order number or a reference number if possible.

to approved distributors. |

| Availability of Product |
| Independent Pipe Products, Inc. has a large
inventory of HDPE pipe fittings and accessories.
Availability of the products listed in this
catalog will always be subject to the availability
of raw material. Large quantities of raw material
are kept on hand to provide timely deliveries.

| Orders for items that are in stock will
normally be shipped the same or following
day of order placement. |
| Non-stock or out-of-stock items will be
entered for production when ordered. An estimated
completion date will be given, if requested,
at the time of order placement. |

| Cancellations |
| Resale, non-stock or out-of-stock items
that have been ordered may be subject to cancellation
charges if production has been started or
if special materials have been purchased for
the production of these items or fulfillment
of order. |
